Returns

Don’t worry if you are not completely satisfied with your new Rinsten Spring or it does not fit perfectly for you. You can return it within 90 days of receiving it.  All returns must be unworn and in original packaging or with original tags. Refunds will be issued promptly to original form of payment.
Please note that you will have to pay the return postage to us.

When contacting customer service, please mention your original order number, the date the item was mailed out and the name it was sent under.

 

Guarantee

Our Rinsten Spring comes with a 5-year guarantee, so if something happens to your spring within these years, you can easily exchange it for free. We will send you a new one and pay the delivery fees.

If you have any question about your guarantee, please contact the following: office@rinsten.com.When contacting customer service, please mention your original order number, the date the item was mailed out, the name it was sent under and the most important, please, explain to us what happened to your Rinsten Spring so you can get the new one.

 

Delivery

We will email you once your order is received in our system and is being processed. You will receive another email confirming when your order has been shipped from our warehouse and you will get the tracking number to get your order.

The order is usually sent from our warehouse in 1-2 days.
